BOARD AND COMMITTEE MEETING DATES:
Board of Supervisors meets every 1st Monday of the month at 6:30 PM, East Penn Township Community Center with an exception to April & September 2024. The board will meet on Tuesday's April 2nd & Sept. 3rd.
Recreation Board meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM, Ashfield Playground.
Planning Commission Meetings are held every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM, East Penn Township Community Center. Workshops are held when needed the 1st Tuesday of each month.
Parks Commission meetings are held the last Wednesday of the month except December. Weather permitting April thru August meetings are held at Riverview Park.7:00 PM. All other meetings are held at East Penn Township Community Center.
*The East Penn Township Community Center is located at 403 Blue Mountain Rd., Ashfield.
Auditors meetings and Zoning Hearing Board meetings are held as needed.
